1Books
Due to the nature of printed books, all sales are generally final. Returns or refunds are accepted only under the following circumstances: Wrong book delivered, Damaged book received, Missing pages, Printing defect.
2Reporting a Problem
Customers must contact us within 48 hours of receiving the order. Please provide: Order details, Photographs of the package, Photographs of the damaged or defective book.
3Replacement & Refund Processing
After verification, we may replace the book at no additional cost, or issue a refund where replacement is not possible. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
4Non-Returnable Items
Refunds or returns are not available for: Change of mind, Incorrect address provided by the customer, Orders refused by the customer, Minor color variations due to printing or screen display.
5Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error is caused by Jagirdar Publications.
